What attractions to arrange for children to manage a birthday party full of adventures and surprises? 🙂
Below you can find our list of ideas that we used for our daughter’s first birthday. Age of our guests varied, so all these fun activities you can use for many different kids’ events.
1. Arts & crafts – our beautiful little guests created sweet commemorative “Happy Birthday” cards for Celina. I bought colored cards, markers, stickers, paints, stamps, which worked wonderfully in decorating birthday cards. It was super fun, creative and it’s a souvenir of a lifetime!
Our party was strongly dominated by girls which were thrilled to prepare birthday cards for Celina. They enjoyed this activity a lot as you can see on the pictures! Celina attentively watched every single card! 🙂
2. Jenga – I’ve already mentioned to you about this super fun activity in my post “Awesome ideas for Baby Shower“. We decided to purchase the XXL version, and although initially I was skeptical about it, it turned out to be a bull’s eye! Everyone loves Jenga, regardless of age 🙂
3. Face painting and art balloons – we decided to hire a professional person for this occasion who is a real face painter and creates miracles with balloons. The children were delighted and as it turned out this idea appealed also to parents. Almost everyone had beautifully painted faces and a big smile on their faces when leaving 🙂 Unfortunately, I do not know how it happened but I didn’t take many pictures of the balloons. Anyways, you can see some of them on the last picture 🙂
